• Participate in committee and in-service meetings with University Housing Professionals to discuss ideas and possible changes in housing procedures.
• Support, implement, enforce, and interpret University policies and procedures.

• University Catering and Conference Services
• Cooperated alongside Service Center Assistants by working with a team to coordinate upcoming conference events.
• Served as the central hub of information and questions for guests during the summer.
• Represented the University by giving excellent customer service during Orientation, World Junior Championships and other campus events during many visitors first time at the University.

• University Housing Resident Assistant
• Recommend first year students of the opportunities the University offers to drive awareness of the variety of programs and activities on campus.
• Planned and coordinated meetings with students to help them get connected on campus and streamline their transition to college.
